"Low flow" is a style of pole fitness that focuses on the lower third to half of the pole, so rather than climbing high to perform aerial tricks, it utilizes a combination of spins, grounded movements, and floorwork techniques to create beautiful, flowing transitions. Knee pads are very highly recommended; heels are optional.
